Memorial Day of state-bombarded monuments

The next time a Turkish archaeologist, nationalist, or tourist advertiser boast of their Anatolian Hittite heritage (Anatolianism-Anadoluculuk), remind them that a Turkish airstrike paid by their taxes destroyed a monument of their own Anatolian culture during the invasion of Northwest Syria. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ain_Dara_(archaeological_site) in late January 2018) Moreover, according to Turkish imperialism, one day Afrin region should be inside Turkey, so they bombarded their own culture. Furthermore, investigations should be carried out to verify if some of the Turkish military personnel is brainwashed with terroristic ideas of Daesh-Islamic iconoclasm, which considers any image of human or animal as idolatry, that must be erased so as no prudish eyes fall into sin. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Destruction_of_cultural_heritage_by_ISIL) The president himself of Turkey should reform and educate some of his extremist followers, apologize for a world cultural destruction and rebuild the monument. Turkey is a  founding member state of UNESCO, Talibans and Daeshies are neither a state, nor have ambition for cultural preservation regardless of religions and nations.

If self-absorbed archaeologists and lawyers worldwide continue to be silent and non-activist, the next destroyed monument will be inside your own country. Such unpunished militarists will strike again, but the one who erases the past, will be ashamed by the future.
